In the summer I love eating salads. They are so light and refreshing, especially on hot days. My salads are pretty basic, just spinach and chopped cucumbers. That's why this dressing is so perfect to add that extra hint of flavour!

If you don't have a garden, that's ok! Any fresh basil from the grocery store will do. The best part about this dressing is that its super easy and quick to make. I whipped this up and was sitting outside on my balcony eating a delicious salad in under 10 minutes.
